Sri Lankan Customer Visits SONICE Disposable Gloves Factory Before Container Order

Yesterday, we welcomed a customer from Sri Lanka to visit our SONICE disposable gloves factory. They are currently discussing a container order with us, so before moving further, they wanted to see the production line, working environment, and factory capacity in person.

During the visit, our team walked through the disposable glove production area with the customer and introduced the main production process. They also spent time observing the glove formers, equipment, workers, and different stages of production.

A Closer Look at Our Disposable Glove Production Line

The customer stayed beside the production line for quite a while and looked carefully at how the Gloves were being produced. For a bulk buyer, this kind of factory visit is usually more useful than only seeing product photos, samples, or a quotation online.

When a customer is preparing to place a full container order, they naturally want to know whether the supplier has the actual production capacity to support the order. They also want to understand how the factory is organized and whether production can remain stable when the quantity increases.

What the Customer Was Mainly Looking At

During the visit, the discussion was not only about price. The customer also paid attention to production stability, glove quality, packaging, and bulk order consistency.

These are all common concerns for container-level buyers. A good sample is important, but what matters more is whether the bulk production can stay consistent with the approved sample in thickness, size, color, appearance, and overall quality. For bulk orders, sampling inspection methods such as ISO 2859-1 can also be used to evaluate lot quality.

We discussed these points directly at the production site, which made the communication much easier and more practical.

Talking About the Container Order

Because the customer is preparing for a larger order, we also talked about some of the practical details involved in container purchasing. These included glove specifications, packing method, carton quantity, production time, and container loading.

For private label or customized packaging orders, many details need to be confirmed before mass production starts. Seeing the factory in person also helps the customer understand how these requirements will be handled during actual production.

Factory Visits Help Buyers Understand the Supplier

We usually communicate with overseas customers through email, WhatsApp, video calls, and online meetings. These methods work well for daily business communication, but a factory visit gives buyers a different level of understanding.

Customers can see the real production environment, ask questions directly beside the production line, and better understand how their future orders may be handled. For us, it is also a good opportunity to understand what the buyer is really concerned about before the order moves forward.
