In early 2025, as the sounds of New Year's fireworks still echoed in our ears, an inquiry from Gabon in Africa arrived, like an olive branch spanning thousands of miles, quietly opening the door to our collaboration.

Faced with this trust from afar, the team swiftly formed a dedicated task force. To precisely address the client's needs, we thoroughly reviewed the technical specifications of safety gloves, translating professional information such as the antibacterial properties of natural latex and the cut-resistance ratings of HPPE into easy-to-understand text and visuals. Even if a client query arrived in the middle of the night, technical staff would work through the night to provide detailed responses to every professional question. On one occasion, to demonstrate the gloves' anti-slip performance, we even recorded a video overnight showing grip tests on different materials in wet conditions, using visual evidence to alleviate the client's concerns.

Upon learning that the client had an office in China, both parties quickly agreed on a factory inspection date. During that period, the factory was filled with a tense yet excited atmosphere. On the production line, workers worked overtime to optimise processes, ensuring that every step demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship; in the sample display area, designers meticulously arranged a full range of products from basic labour protection to high-end specialised protective gear, and also prepared a comparison test bench to allow clients to experience the products on-site.

On the day of the inspection, we welcomed the client with the highest standards. In the production workshop, the technical supervisor held raw material samples and explained vividly: ‘This is pure sheepskin material, which has excellent abrasion resistance, is soft and elastic, and is very suitable for medium-intensity work with high tensile strength.’ In the quality inspection area, the quality inspector demonstrated airtightness testing on-site, inflating the gloves and immersing them in a water tank. The fine, bubble-free state impressed the client, who nodded in approval.

Ultimately, the customer was moved by our professionalism and sincerity, promptly placing an order for 110,000 pairs of gloves. This trust spanning mountains and seas is not only recognition of product quality but also affirmation of our service philosophy.
