Recently, SONICE received an inquiry from XX, a buyer from Sri Lanka, who found our website through Google while searching for disposable nitrile gloves. Unlike many of our regular customers, XX is not a professional glove importer. His main business involves importing other products from China, but he noticed that there is strong demand for black nitrile gloves in his local market and wanted to explore this new opportunity.

At the beginning, he had several practical questions about the product, including the MOQ, differences between pure nitrile and nitrile-blended gloves, price, elasticity, packaging, HS code, and shipping terms. Our sales representative Torri communicated with him step by step, explained the differences between the two glove options, and provided product photos and quotation details based on his requirements.

Since this is a new product category for him, XX did not want to place a large order immediately. Instead, he decided to start with two boxes of samples so that he could show the gloves to his customers in Sri Lanka and collect feedback from the market. We also discussed courier delivery through DHL, FedEx, or UPS to make the sample process easier.

For us, this is a very typical example of how a new cooperation can begin. Not every buyer needs to start with a container or a large MOQ. When a customer is testing a new market, we are happy to support them with samples, product comparison, packaging information, and practical purchasing advice first.

XX plans to introduce the samples to his local buyers before confirming the next quantity. If the market response is positive, the cooperation may move toward a larger bulk order. We look forward to seeing how the project develops and supporting him as he builds this new product line in Sri Lanka.
